I saw the recipe in newspaper for cilantro pesto. I was like, "OOOO that looks good!" So, I clipped the recipe and put it in the cook book. (I love pesto and cilantro) I decided to try it few days ago.
Now, I wish I have never tried that...
I spent on the toilet for long time... At work... And it's the most disgusting pesto I have ever had...

My family came and went. The visit was so good. I was very happy to see my parents and of course, my younger siblings. We dropped Nelson off at MTC. It was little weird to see Nelson walking out of other side of room which means we won't see him again for 24 months. I am pretty sure that he will be fine but he's in for a huge cultural shock in Chicago.
It has been very wet here in the city lately but I am not complaining because I love when it rains. It brings a fresh air to the city. And there is something about the rain that makes me feel good.
Well, I am off to Coffee Garden.

The weather in Utah has begun warming up. F-I-N-A-L-L-Y!
My family is in the town for few days because they are dropping the baby brother at MTC on Wednesday. I will get to see them tomorrow sometime.
I am down to 175 pounds which I am happy about. I can see the result but I have pounds to go because I want to be toned and bit slimmer. But it takes a lot of works and efforts. But I am not complaining.

Since I moved in my apartment, I begun seeing shadows of person moving few times. Also when I looked in the mirror after I rinsed my mouth, I saw a face of young woman for a second.
Few nights ago, I got home from coffee and dinner with a group of my friends. It was at about 1.30 t0 2 in the morning. I decided to get some water from the kitchen so I turned on the light (the switch is in living room). When I go to turn off the light, I noticed that the blue rocker was rocking. I thought that it's from draft or whatever. I was too tired to think. I got in the bed and got on line. I heard a whispering in other room so I got up to check it out. When I went in the living room.. All windows was wide open. It was bit scary but I closed the windows and re-locked them.
I closed the bathroom, closet, and bedroom doors and got in the bed once again. After short while everything went dark except for my alarm clock... And it's not running on batteries.
I saw the bedroom door open then bathroom, then the closet. I was totally freaking out. I know I was whimpering under the cover. Suddenly the windows in the bedroom open up.
I freaked out and threw on my jammies and ran out of my apartment. I went over to my friend who lives nearby. I slept over that night. When I got back to my apartment in the morning, everything was closed including the doors.
I am still bit scared of this place.

I have that portrait of my mother and I all stored away waiting for the day that I will have it framed and hung on the wall.

So I did it yesterday...

That one is very meaningful to me not just because it's of my mother and I. It was my own father who drew it. It's not common for a guy to have a father who would take his time to do that. So, I am lucky guy.

I found this typed up lyric at my work by Gary Jules. I really like it so here ya are.
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
And I find it kinda funny
I find it kinda sad
The dreams in which I'm dying
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
When people run in circles
It's a very, very mad world mad world
Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday
And I feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen
Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me. no one knew me
Hello teacher tell me what's my lesson
Look right through me, look right through me
And I find it kinda funny
I find it kinda sad
The dreams in which I'm dying
are the best I've had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
When people run in circles
It's a very, very mad world ... mad world
Enlarging your world
Mad world.
