I am so frustrated!

I signed up for the internet service with Xmission and I had to call them back to pay to get the internet connected. They have balls to tell me that that I don't have account with them! I gave them the information that was sent to me through the e-mail. They still tell me that I have no account with them. WTF!!! They told me to go with other provider then hung up on me.
