I was thinking about one of my friend that I really cannot stand but he's a good friend. He's your classic white trash. He lives out in middle of no where aka Magna, Utah. He still drive old RAM truck from 80's. What really irks me is when he picked me up to take me to the airport in his trashy truck. He jumped out and grabbed all empty glass beer cans and threw it against the chain link fence. (I live in upscale part of the city) I gasped and jumped into the truck trying to hide my face. The neighbors was like "what the...."
Today, I went down to visit my family in Mesa. I decided to take some pictures. Beside taking the pictures, it was very good to see the family from mom's side. At least, no drama this time which is surprising for me.
This is a room in the barn where my great grandpa spent the last part of his life because my great grandma and he split up for some reason.
The house that my great grandma lived when my great grandpa lived in the barn. It's currently being rented out to somebody.
The tree that kids from different generations would climb on and play. It was planted by my great grandma.
The mini orchard in the front of my grandma's house. When it's in the season, you can find all kinds of citrus fruits hanging on the branches. It's very fragrant on the hot summer day.
The very canal that I would play in when I was kid. It drove mom nut that I would play in the canal.
The house that my dad built for our family minus the cumbersome fence and horses... I lived there for 10 years until I was forced to move to Gilbert. But I know that I am glad to be out of that part of Mesa!
A lot of good memories.... My neighbors was my aunts, uncles, grandparent, and cousins.
I am home for Thanksgiving. I have to say this, I am so glad to come home because I finally get to see my sister and her family which I haven't seen in about 3 years. Also, my nephew and nieces. Of course, my family!
This is my favorite picture of Maddy and Bridget. They both are so adorable! Totally love their expressions! I gotta admit that Ericka, Kevin, Mac, and Terry have good genes!
My baby niece, Kaley... She is full of characters!
Austin, my only nephew. Poor him.... We just celebrated his 13th birthday.. ARGH!!
The Johnson kids..
That's what my family are famous for when we all get together... Games... Dad, Kevin, and Austin are playing Risk which Ericka, Nelson, and I got destroyed by our opponents!
The picture were taken at one of my favorite club in Salt Lake City. The guys are my best friends... We would get together every Saturday to drink our hearts out and dance the night away.
I totally hate dramas with passion... I was talking with one guy that I met through one site... (not a dating site!) I find him and his mind very attractive but the problem is that he have a history with Bradley, my ex. and he found out. He personally called him and warned him against me. That confirmed my feeling about people in Washington DC that they have no life and they need to get their own lives. I would offer anybody a buck to make a hit on him for me.... The reason I would offer a buck because that's what he is worth to me....
***Disclaimer: If anybody actually make the hit... I am not responsible at all! :)***
I was reading about this at ksl.com I find this article very interesting because it's about the cause and affect of our worsening economy. I personally believe that it's sad that declining economy have that effect on the people.

I so love my nieces! Cannot wait til I see Johnson family tomorrow!
The Thanksgiving that we know is not true at all... Pilgrims don't wear those ridiculous hat and outfits. They all are peasants so they basically were wearing rags. The relationship between Native Americans and Pilgrims were very bloody. Pilgrims would raid the village, pilfering, ravaging, raping, and murdering those Indians. Indians was forced to leave the lands they was living on for next few centuries. Eventually, they ended up living on reservations in middle of nowhere... Becoming fat from their tasty fried breads...
Really... This time of the year is when the person should be thankful for all blessings and good things in the one's life. I know that I am very thankful for my family mostly my parents for their unconditional love for me. Even we may disagree about certain things but we never let it gets in the way. Also, for my siblings and their own families. I have the most awesome family the one could ask for!
Hello everybody, I have good news for GLBT community in California. Today, the California Supreme Court agreed to hear whet ever the ban is constitutional or not. Three lawsuits were presented before the court and they accepted the cases. What I found very interesting in the news are that the court ordered those who argue in favor for Prop. 8 to argue why the imitative ballot shouldn’t be nullified by December 19th. Also, those who are against Prop. 8 must respond and argue their case by January 5th. Oral arguments are scheduled for sometime in March. I don’t know when the court will make their decision. I also find that only 6 out of 7 justices agreed to hear the case very interesting. Those 6 are the same one who granted the gay people the rights to marry. I predicted that the ban will be nullified. We will see what happens in 2009.
Hello everybody, I want to talk about one topic that is very hot topic in America. It’s about Prop. 8 in California. Prop. 8 ban gay marriage. The reason I want to talk about that because I am gay person. Before I start talking about the topic, I want to explain the reason that I felt like I should talk about that. Since when I came out of the closet about 5-6 years ago, I never bother to participating with the protests or rallies because I thought Human Rights Campaign and Lambda Legal will do the work. But what really impacted me also the community was when prop. 8 actually passed. Many people was very shocked by that because the marriage was legalized by when California Supreme Court announced that the ban is unconstitutional last May. More than 18-20 thousands gay couples got married since May until the election was held and the proposition got passed. The people were shocked while some was upset. I remember the Saturday after the election, the gay people here in the community got together and protested and marched around the temple square. There was other rally last Saturday at the city hall and I went with my friends to participate. It was a very good rally. Anyway, back to the topic, I got thinking because of my major in legal. I felt little conflicted over the topic because of three Acts and Amendment. The 14th Amendment have clause that many people are not aware of called Equal Protection Clause. The famous line from that Amendment is “ ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.” Which mean ALL people regardless genders, sexuality, and race are EQUAL period! The second one is Civil Rights Act of 1964 and it was drafted due to the civil right movement. The Act includes the rights for African-Americans, Women, and White. The last one is Equal Rights Act, which was drafted in 1980’s, and its main purpose is to ban the discrimination. But I am having mixed emotions about that because of one famed line which was commonly practiced in 1880’s to 1960’s. “Separate but equal” the meanings behind the phrase is that we all are separated but we are equal somehow. Today, Black, White and Women are equal except for the gay. Where are their rights? I know that many people argue that the marriage is meant to be between man and women. I do understand that perspective from religious point of view but I disagree from state’s point of view. The states don’t consider the religions as vital part of their law-making process. Many states are trying to make it clear that the state and religion are separate. But many people don’t understand that. But I look forward to the day when California Supreme Court repeals the ban. Many people didn’t realize that the Supreme Court have the powers to do that. They legalized the marriage back in May but they have to give the voters an opportunity to voice their opinions. They did… Then the Supreme Court can reverse or affirm the decision. We shall see what will happen in 2009 because there are several lawsuits that being presented to California Supreme Court and they are the same people who legalized the marriage therefore they will repeals the ban. So, I am not that worried but we will see what will happen.
I was sitting here thinking about my encounters with few people and the reason why I am so annoyed with them. It comes down to one word... "LOL" I can't tell you how some people kept saying LOL after they make a comment even if I don't find the comment funny. I mean, LOL started out as the abbreviation for laughing out loud for texting because the mobile companies back in the day would either charge per character or per text. That abbrevation and may others has became insanely popular that people started to say or sign those abbrevations...
All I am begging from the people... DON'T EVER SAY LOL IN MY FACE! I don't care if you send me a text with LOL in the message...

I just had a phone interview with ARUP lab for the position as processing technician. Things looks good because they want to schedule on-site interview. The recruiter needs to make arrangement with the department and their on-site interpreter. So, let's keep those fingers crossed!
I went on a date with a guy name Micah. It was awesome! We went to Chanon Cafe. I was little disappointed with the foods because it usual am very delicious. But it's good. We chatted about many things that has happened to us in our life. We went back to my place and watched Fancy Pant with Lucille Ball and Bob Hope. I was little nervous that he will find the movie boring because I love glamarous old Hollywood stars and movies from 1930's to 1950's. I believe that is the period of many best movies. Nothing against the current movies! I believe that I will see Micah either Friday or Saturday. I am going to cook the dinner for both of us.
10 more days until I am on that plane to Arizona!!!!!!!
I repeatably have tried to work out and slim down... But I fail miserably at that because I hate the pain and it's kind of boring to me because I rather be out and do something in the downtown instead of running on treadmill for 30-60 minutes. So, I deserve a fat red F on the working out section.

I am house sitting for my friend in Salt Lake City again and for few months this time. I love this place! Perfect location!
I can't predict the weather here in Utah but I love wearing the warm clothes because they are much cuter than the warm season clothes! I took all of my warm clothes to the dry cleaner to prepare them for this fall/winter.
There was protest at the temple square few days ago. I am proud of those who participated because gay and lesbian people must have the rights that was guaranteed by 14th Amendment and Equal Right Act. I support the notion that the church must lose its tax exempt status as non-profit organization. They violated the agreement to remain neutral in the politics. But they chose to waste millions of dollars on the campaign which will eventually be overturned by California Supreme Court soon.
Obama just became elect-president. My congratulation to him for making a historical change in the history of America. I have been getting countless texts to vote for either one side. Some comments are amusing while other are your typical campaign craps.
I got a text from my nameless cousin accusing me of bashing my other cousin on her blog. The thing is that I don't even know or have the link to this person's blog. I found out that it is related to prop. 8 and 102. I can see why the accuser think of me but this person should have checked with me before make the accusation. That really turns me off major time. I have done my share of accusing and it always backfired in my face so that's why I try to avoid accusing people without thinking about the consequence or asking the person before I do that.
I am offically sick with cold and sore throat. I am popping vitamin c and cough drops. I am not feeling any better but worser. UGH! I hope I get better before I go home for Thanksgiving because I don't want to pass the germs along to the family members.
The weather has been weird because it's warmer than the usual for this time of the year. It usually would snow either the last week of October or first week of November but so far, nothing. From I heard that this year will be different from the usual. We shall see what happen within few weeks.
But really- I am very much glad that this election is over. It creates hate among the people. I shook my head at some comments on Facebook.
A deaf guy who lives in Utah. I have a beautiful relationship with caffeine and treadmill. I am usually the guy who make people pissed off just because I like and want to.
